Participants learn to leverage existing data by linking drawing (xref) and image files using the reference manager, coordinate information in text, attributes and dimensions using fields and generate tables, bills of material and schedules directly from blocks and other drawing data using a variety of techniques. Participants also learn to improve efficiency by customizing the user interface, developing templates and establishing CAD standards.
Experience with the topics covered in the AutoCAD - The Basics and AutoCAD - Beyond the Basics courses are necessary as this workshop builds on the concepts learned in these courses.
